[Animator] It takes one frame for an Animator Controller to start playing an animation after GO activation
It takes one frame for an Animator Controller to start playing an animation when the object is inactive and is made active within an animation event handler function.
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project and the scene
2. Press '1' to activate the gameObject
3. Observe that it causes a graphical glitch for one frame
