[Animator] Crash when switching "Apply Root Motion" on/off
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene test. It has a camera with an animator and a script that constantly switches the "Apply Root Motion" on/off
3. Enter play mode
4. Unity crashes with no bug reporter
5. When opening the project after the crash a new animation is created
