Animator Controller causes the Editor to crash on mecanim::animation::TransformValuesFromClip when entering Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open submitted project (Scream Extractor Crash)
2. Open scene SampleScene
3. Enter Play Mode
Expected result: the Editor doesn't crash
Actual result: the Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2018.3.10f1, 2018.3.12f1, 2019.1.0b8, 2019.1.0b10, 2019.2.0a9, 2019.2.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.9f1, 2019.1.0b7, 2019.2.0a8
Could not test with: 2017.4.25f1(Uses the old Prefab system)
