Animator Component checkbox border color is with an offset when editing Animation clip
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("case_1183210.zip")
2. Open Window > Animation > Animation
3. Select "GameObject" Game Object from Hierarchy
4. Select Preview mode in the Animation window
5. Observe Animator Component checkbox in the Inspector window
Expected result: Checkbox border color is centered
Actual result: Checkbox border color is with an offset
Reproducible in: 2019.3.0a11, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a4
Not reproducible in: 2019.3.0a3, 2019.3.0a10
Could not test in: 2017.4.32f1, 2018.4.8f1, 2019.2.5f1, 2019.3.0a2 (Checkbox had no border color)
