Animation with SetActive keyframe moves Canvas to other location
To reproduce:
1. Download attached project "AnimationInconsistent.zip" that user sent and open in Unity
2. Open "Menu" Scene
3. Enter to Play mode
Expected Result: The red line and buttons are always supposed to be over the text “Version 1.0”
Actual Result: The red line and buttons after the first trigger moves down and somehow goes behind the black panel
Note: This issue appears both on Windows and OSX.

Could not check for regression on Unity 2017.2 because the whole project becomes corrupted
