[Animation Window] OnDidApplyAnimationProperties isn't called when animation properties are applied by exiting record mode
Reproduction Steps:
1. Import attached project.
2. Open "Test" scene.
3. In Hierarchy, select "TestCube".
4. In Animation, enable Record mode.
5. Observe console.
6. Disable Record mode.
Expected result: OnDidApplyAnimationProperties is called, same way it is when Record mode is enabled.
Actual result: OnDidApplyAnimationProperties is not called.
Note #1: In 5.5, OnDidApplyAnimationProperties is called only when a new key is created.
Note #2: In 2017.1, OnDidApplyAnimationProperties is not always called, once Record is enabled. It seems to consistently be called out only on the first try.
Reproducible with: 5.5.3p2, 5.6.0p3, 2017.1.0b2
