Animation window does not scale properly when no Animations are selected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the users' attached project
2. Open Window>Animation>Animation window
3. Snap the Animation window next to the Scene View Window
4. Drag the slider in the middle part of the Animation window to any side
Expected result: Animation window scales when dragging the slider in the middle part of the window
Actual result: The Animation window does not scale when dragging the slider in the middle part of the window
Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.26f1, 2021.2.0b16, 2022.1.0a13
Note:
The Animation window scaling issue is very visible on the timeline part of the window
