Tooltips are missing for animation component
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new Project
2. Select open sample scene
3. Select the main camera
4. Add component > animation
5. Hover over any of the animation properties
Actual Result:
Tooltips are missing for animation properties
Expected Result:
Tooltips should be displayed
