Animation starts glitching when the Animation transitions to the next State
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open "Assets/Scenes/Mocap.unity" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Observe the Animation transitions
Expected result: The head is not spinning around during the transition
Actual result: The head starts glitching/spinning
Reproducible with: 2020.3.36f1, 2021.3.4f1, 2022.1.5f1, 2022.2.0a17, 2023.1.0a1
Could not test with: 2019.4.39f1 (could not downgrade)
Reproducible on: MacOS 12.4 (21F79)
Note: This issue is reproducible on both Apple Silicon and Intel Editors
