Animation run by Timeline is different than the animation run by Animator
To reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (New Unity Project (9).zip)
2. Open the "ethan_bug" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Observe that feet of the red model (run by timeline) are at different position than the feet of the white model (run by animator)
Expected: the animation played by animator and by the timeline should be the sasme
Reproduced in 2017.3.2f1, 2018.1.0f2, 2018.1.8f1, 2018.2.0f2, 2018.3.0a5
Couldn't test in 2017.4, opening the scene crashes the Editor
