Animation Rigging toolbar dropdown options do nothing and do not throw any warning or informational popup when pressed with no GameObject selected
Steps to reproduce:
- Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
- Install the Animation Rigging package (com.unity.animation.rigging)
- Make sure no GameObject is selected in the Hierarchy window
- Open the Animation Rigging dropdown in the toolbar
- Select any option
- Observe the Editor
Actual results: Animation Rigging toolbar dropdown options do nothing and do not throw any warning or informational popup when pressed with no GameObject selected
Expected results: A warning or a popup should appear letting the user know why nothing is happening, or the dropdown options are greyed out/disabled when conditions are not met
Reproducible with versions: 1.3.1, 1.4.0 (6000.0.62f1, 6000.2.12f1, 6000.3.0f1, 6000.4.0a5, 6000.5.0a1)
Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.0.1, Windows 11
Notes:
- Other toolbar dropdowns have options disabled/greyed out in these situations
