[Animation] Rig and Automatic Root Bone assignment
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and scene
2) Check out the models with full skeleton
Notice that their root bone in skinned mesh renderer is a piece of the hand by default
Reproduced in 2017.1.0f3, 2018.1.0f1
