[Animation] Reset functionality is not working for Animation
Steps to Repro:
1. Create a new project
2. Hierarchy > right-click > 3D > Cube
3. Window > Animation > Animation
4. Select Project > Assets > New Animation > Inspector
5. Change Values Loop Time > true, Loop pose > true and Cycle Offset > 4
6. Click on cogwheel > Reset
Actual Result: Values are not set to default
Expected Result: Values are set to default
Environment : Mac and Windows
