Animation properties are not edited when editing through script

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Click Test > Animation
3. In the Project window, drag “Assets/Resources/Test01.FBX” to the ModifyAnimationConfig window “FBX 1”.
4. In the Project window, drag “Assets/Resouces/Wingblade@Test01.FBX to the ModifyAnimationConfig window “FBX 2”
5. In the ModifyAnimationConfig window, click “Loop”

Expected result: In the Animator window, “Take 001” animation properties are edited
Actual result: In the Animator window, “Take 001” animation properties are not edited

Reproducible with: 2020.3.38f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.14f1, 2022.2.0b6, 2023.1.0a8
