Animation keyframe index can be negative number
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create and open new animation
3. Create a new keyframe
4. Keep dragging keyframe through timeline until it exceeds int max value (2147483647)
Expected result: Animation frame index is positive number that increases
Actual result: Animation frame index is negative number
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.29f1, 2021.2.11f1, 2022.1.0b7
