Animation event created during run time does not call specified function
To reproduce:
1.Download and open attached project.
2.Open "scn" Scene.
3.Enter Play mode.
Expected result: created animation event calls RunEvent() function when triggered.
Actual result: created animation event does not call RunEvent() function when triggered.
Reproduced with: 5.6.0b5, 5.5.1f1,5.5.0f3
Not reproduced with: 5.4.4f1, 5.3.7p3
Bug first appears in 5.5.0f3
