[Animation Editor] Keyframes overlap the first row while scrolling down
Steps:
1. Open repro scene
2. Select the LogoUI object and open Animation Editor
3. Resize the Animation Editor to smaller window size so that you see the vertical scroll bar
4. Scroll down and observe
Actual Result: While scrolling down, the keyframes of the properties "moves up", they overlap the "darken area" from top row
Expected Result: Let the "darken area" "moves up" so that the keyframes will not overlap on it
