Animation does not play correctly when Optimized Game Object functionality is used and a Child GameObject is added to bone
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Check the face animation
5. Delete the GameObject "OnlyForTest"
6. Enter Play Mode again
Reproducible with: 2018.4.10f1, 2019.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.32f1(due to different Prefab system), 2019.1.0a6, 2019.1.14f1, 2019.2.7f2, 2019.3.0b3, 2020.1.0a5(with all these versions, face animation do not work even without the "OnlyForTest" GameObject, meaning it's a different bug/issue)
