Animation Clip doesn't play in build when setting AnimationClip.legacy = true
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the "Animation test" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Build and Run project
4. Inspect Player View
Expected result: Legacy Animation Clip plays both in Editor and Build
Actual result: Legacy Animation Clip doesn't play in Build
Reproducible with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.31f1, 2021.2.15f1, 2022.1.0b11, 2022.2.0a7
Note: Only reproducible in Player Build
