[Animation] Animation State transition text are getting overlapped with box
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Hierarchy > right-click > 3D > Cube
3. Select Cube > Window > Animation > Animation > new Animation
4. Select Cube > Window > Animation > Animator > Layer > "+" icon
5. Drag and drop NewAnimation in the Base Layer and make transition
6. click on on the transition arrow > Inspector
Actual Result: Animation text are getting overlapped with box
Expected Result: Text should properly be aligned to box
Reproducible on: 2019.3.0a3
Working Fine on: 2019.3.0a2, 2019.2.0b2
