Animated Substance and Particles freezes build
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project and the only scene in it.
2. Build the project.
3. Run it and wait until it freezes (it should be less than 6 min).
Reproducible: 5.3.5f1, 5.3.2p3.
Very rarely reproducible on 5.4.0b20.
Non reproducible: 5.2.4f1
