Animated objects return to their original coordinates for a single frame when switching between Timelines
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open users attached project
2. Open SampleScene which is in Assets->Scenes
2. Press Play
Expected results: GameObject is changing its position according to the Timeline when switching between Timelines
Actual results: GameObject goes back to the original spawning point (0,0,0) for 1 frame in the Animation when switching between Timelines
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a4, 2018.3.0f2, 2019.1.0a11
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.16f1, 2018.2.18f1, 2018.3.0a3
