[Anima2D] In "SpriteMesh Editor" window, zooming with mouse wheel does not work properly
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "Anima2DRebindErrors.zip" and scene "GameScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select "LeftFoot" object
3. Move the cursor to "SpriteMesh Editor" window and use mouse wheel to scroll up and down
4. Observe "SpriteMesh Editor" window
Expected result: wheel up zooms in, wheel down zooms out
Actual result: wheel down does nothing, wheel up switches between full zoom in and full zoom out
Reproducible with: 2017.1.4p2, 2017.4.6f1, 2018.1.6f1, 2018.3.0a4
