[Android][Vulkan] Using CustomRenderTexture Result in Black Screen nothing rendered on a specific project



Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "New Unity"
2. Build it to Android
3. Notice the black screen

Expected results: The Scene is rendered
Actual results: A black screen is rendered

Reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2019.4.3f1, 2020.2.0a17
