[Android][Vulkan] Read Pixel breaks when copying to textures
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open “Assets/Scenes/TicketScene.unity”
3. Build and Run the project
4. Press the buttons on the right controller to spawn pictures
5. Observe the pictures
Expected result: Pictures are rendered as seen by the camera
Actual result: Only half of the picture is rendered, or is rendered incorrectly
Reproducible with: 2021.3.9f1
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.8f1, 2021.3.10f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a17
Reproducible on:
Oculus (Quest 2), Android 10, CPU: Snapdragon XR2, GPU: Adreno (TM) 650
Note: The project has to be built using the Vulkan API “Player Settings > Player > Android settings > Other Settings > under rendering, Graphics APIs”
