[Android][Vulkan] Graphical artifacts shown on Application when used in Landscape mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "SimpleDynRezTest"
2. Build and run on Android device
3. Turn the phone, so it would render application in landscape mode
Expected: No issues should appear graphically
Actual: Missing pixels at the bottom right of screen
Reproducible with - 2018.3.0a1(trunk), 2018.2.0b3, 2018.1.0f2, 2017.3.0a1
Notes - Reproduced only on Vulkan, did not reproduce on OpenGLES2 and OpenGLES3
