[Android] Unity editor keep spamming messages to install JDK and Android SDK when Android module is installed
How to reproduce:
1. Go to File -> Build Settings -> Android and download Android module
2. Create new project
Expected result: New project should be created instantly and user should be able to use it
Actual result: Unity asks to select Android SDK root folder and if user cancel it, this window keeps spamming
Regression first introduced in: 2018.1.0a5
Reproducible with: 2018.1.0b4 - 2018.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2018.1.0a4

This bug is still there in 2020.2.5f. I dont see that it is fixed. I have it for third time now. maby it happened to me because i ran out of memory
