[Android] Unity does not recognise the OBB File if it is downloaded/copied once the app is started
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project ' obb-Test.zip' and open in Unity.
2) Make sure 'split application binary' is enabled in Player Settings.
3) Build and run project on a device.
4) Open the application and leave it opened, paste the "com.Obb.Test" folder to ../Android/obb (this folder is included in to the project files).
5) Load another scene by pressing button and check the logs. It should throw errors.
Note: If the main obb is present before app launch, the request scene loads successfully.
Reproduced with:
5.2.4f1, 5.3.6p4, 5.4.1f1, 5.5.0b2
