[Android] "Unity-ARCore: Failed to register lifecycle provider, Input subsystem will be unavailable!" thrown on AABs
Repro steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Make sure "Build App Bundle (Google Play)" is enabled
3. Build and Run on Android
4. Check the device's log
Actual: A "Unity-ARCore: Failed to register lifecycle provider, Input subsystem will be unavailable!" is thrown
Reproducible with: 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b7, 2019.3.0a7
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.14f1
