[Android][UI] disappears on high resolution Android phones
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user's attached project "vectorfieldgame.zip"
2. Build it to Android
3. Open it and notice there is no UI compared to Editor
Expected results: UI is rendered
Actual results: Ui is not rendered
Reproducible with: 2018.4.18f1
