[Android] The external monitor does not display a secondary display when the monitor is reconnected in the Player

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-113521” project
2. Build and Run the Android Player
3. Connect the external display (If testing with a Samsung device, do not enable DeX, make sure the screen is mirrored in the external display)
4. In the Player, push the "Enable External Display" button
5. Push the "Disable External Display" button
6. Disconnect and reconnect the external monitor
7. Push the “Enable External Display” button
8. Observe the external monitor

Expected result: The external monitor displays the secondary display again
Actual result: The external monitor only displays the primary display (mirrors the Android device)
