[Android] The error message "OPENGL NATIVE PLUG-IN ERROR: GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY:" is thrown when the video is playing

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ReproProject”
2. Install the Android Logcat package from the Package Manager
3. Create a Development Build and Run on Android
4. Use and observe the Android Logcat Window

Expected result: No errors while the video is playing
Actual result: The error “Error Unity OPENGL NATIVE PLUG-IN ERROR: GL_OUT_OF_MEMORY: Not enough memory left to execute command” is shown

Reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.2.3f1, 2023.3.0a17
