[Android] The application freezes during the AssetBundle loading
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “ReproProject.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene“
3. In the top bar, press “Freeze Repro > Build Bundles SBP“
4. Build and Run for Android
5. Press the “Start“ button
6. Let the app run for a few hours
Expected result: The application does not freeze
Actual result: The application freezes

Users are reporting abnormal freeze at loading and unloading of addressable assets in Unity 6000.0.60f1 as well.
