[Android] Smooth Gradient image showing severe banding when running in Player
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/MenuScene.unity” Scene
3. Build and Run
4. Observe the gradient image in Player
Expected result: Gradient image is smooth and not banding
Actual result: Gradient image is banding
Reproducible with: 2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.8f1, 2023.1.10f1, 2023.2.0b6, 2023.3.0a3
Testing environment: Windows 10 Enterprise 21H2
