[Android] Skybox material shader transitions between colours are not smooth in the Player on some devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_47769" project
2. In the Build Settings from the "Run Device" drop-down select the connected device
3. Press Build And Run
Expected result: Skybox material shader has a smooth transition between two colours
Actual result: Skybox material shader doesn't have a smooth transition between two colours
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.5f1, 2023.1.4f1, 2023.2.0a23
