[Android] Crash on "UnityAdsSettings_Get_Custom_PropEnabled" when HW Statistics Disabled is enabled
Repro steps:
1. Open user attached project
2. Build and Run on Android
Actual: A black screen appears
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0b7, 2018.3.2f1, 2019.2.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.18f1, 2018.3.0a3
Notes:
- Build fails through 2018.3.0a4 - 2018.3.0b6 so couldn't pinpoint where the regression happened
- Build fails throughout 2019.1
