[Android] Shadows Shader leaves artefacts on the terrain when changing quality settings from "High" to "Low" and "Terrain" shader is enabled in the Player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_55522" project
2. Open the Build Settings and select the Android Platform
3. In the "Run Device" dropdown, select the desired device
4. Press Build And Run
5. In the Player press the "Terrain" button
6. Press the "High" button and then the "Low" button
7. Observe the Player
Expected result: Shadow artefacts don't remain on the screen
Actual result: Shadow artefacts remain on the screen
Reproducible with: 2022.3.10f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.30f1
Couldn't test with: 2023.1.14f1, 2023.2.0b10, 2023.3.0a4 (due to Terrain not rendering because of a shader error)
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

- Not reproducible on the other Platforms (iOS and Windows Standalone tested)
- Reproducible on both Vulkan and OpenGLES3
- While searching for regression I tested between 2022.1.7f1 and 2022.1.24f1 and there was no issue in those versions
