[Android] Selecting IL2CPP and ARM64 architecture and then selecting Mono, leaves the ARM64 architecture checked on
1. Open any Unity project and switch to Android platform
2. Select IL2CPP scripting backend and check ARM64 architecture
3. Switch back to Mono
Expected result - ARM64 gets deselected
Actual result - ARM64 is still selected and this results in build failure until switching to IL2CPP again and unchecking ARM64
Reproducible with - 2021.1.0a1, 2020.2.0b5
