[Android] Scene has splash screen's background color hue while PlayFullScreenVideo video is buffering
Resolution: Add UnityEngine.Rendering.SplashScreen.isFinished check before playing the video.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Build and run on device
3. Notice that after splash screen with red background scene has red-ish hue all the way until video starts playing
Note: I've confirmed that this hue stays all the way until video starts playing by enabling Network Link Conditioner to slow down the connection. Scene had red hue for 20 seconds until the video started playing
Reproduced on Galaxy S6 Android 6.0.1
Not reproducible on S3 mini VE Android 4.2.2
