[Android][SAMSUNG S PEN] Input.mousePosition stops updating when the S-Pen is used on a Samsung device

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "PenBug.zip"
2. Build and install the application on a device
3. Open the Android Logcat window
4. Use the Pen on the mobile screen and observe the pen position in the Android Logcat window

Expected result: The pen position is updating when using it on the mobile screen
Actual result: The pen position is not updating when using it on the mobile screen

Reproducible with: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.21f1, 2021.1.27f1, 2021.2.0b17, 2022.1.0a1
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a2, 2022.1.0a13

Reproduces with these devices:
VLNQA00219 - Samsung Galaxy Note9 USA (SM-N960U), OS: 8.1.0, CPU: Snapdragon 845 SDM845, GPU: Adreno 630

- When the pen touches the screen once and then holding the pen over the mobile screen, the pen position is updated

    Would love a fix for this in 2021.1 also as after updating to 2021.2 we discovered a couple of other issues with our app already and we would like to get this fix in asap.

    I am using 2020.3.24f1, but many users are in trouble because of this bug.
    If the S Pen is not supported, the store reviews will be lowered and it will be directly linked to the sales of the app, so it would be helpful if you could support it as soon as possible.

    Just chiming in with the other commenters to request fix on v LTS 2020.3.x - player base very unhappy about the lack of support for the s-pen and we do not want to roll back.

    Since updating project to LTS 2020.3.20f1 (we skipped 2020.3.19f1 update) we found out how many players are actually playing using S-Pen as we got many negative reviews on store page, support tickets with this topic and many reports in our Discord community (actually so many that we had to put this as a separate answer into FAQ). Having this fixed for 2020.3 LTS would be very nice as we don't want to roll back project.
