[Android] Rendering fails on Vivante if Camera.rect is different than default
To reproduce:
1) Open attached project and BugShowcase scene
2) Build and run on device
3) Tap "State 3"
4) Notice that only skybox is rendered with all the objects missing
DUT(reproduced): Samsung Galaxy S3 mini (GT-I8200N) (Vivante GC1000) (Android 4.2.2)
DUT(not reproduced):
Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 lite (SM-T210) (Vivante GC1000) (Android 4.4.2)
Samsung Galaxy Core Prime VE (Vivante GC7000UL) (Android 5.1)
Huawei Ascend G615 (Honor 2) (Vivante GC4000) (Android 4.0.4)
Samsung Galaxy S7 (ARM Mali-T880) (Android 6.0.1)
Fixed in 5.6.1p4 and 2017.1.0b10

I can add that I've seen this issue on Huawei Ascend P6 running Android Version 4.2.2 - Unity verison 5.3.5p5.

I would like to add that I was able to reproduce the issue on another device:
Samsung Tab3 Lite (SM-T110)
Also, I found the issue on several other 5.x version of unity (5.0.4f1, 5.1.4f1, 5.3.4f1 and 5.3.4p3) and on the version 4.x that I have tested the issue does not present itself.
