[Android] Random numbers are being dialed when a BT connection is established between an Android vehicle and a device
Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Switch to Android Platform
3. Add a custom Android Manifest through the Player Options under Other settings
4. Add permissions for Bluetooth and MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS in the Android Manifest
5. Install the built APP to a device, connect it with Bluetooth to an Android capable vehicle
Expected result: When a Bluetooth connection is established between an android capable vehicle and a mobile device, the vehicle android OS starts to dial random numbers
Actual result: When a Bluetooth connection is established between an android capable vehicle and a mobile device, the vehicle android OS doesn't start to dial random numbers
Reproduces on: 2019.4.31f1, 2020.3.20f1, 2021.1.24f1, 2021.2.0b13, 2022.1.0a10

Notes:
-User reported that the issue does not reproduce with 2018.4.12f1
-Issue only manifests when the Bluetooth and MODIFY_AUDIO_SETTINGS permissions are included in the Android Manifest
