[Android][Vulkan] Quickly coming back from "recent app" button gives a black frame
Steps to reproduce:
1) Download attached project and open in Unity
2) Build and Run ReproScene on a device
3) Press "recent app button" and quickly tap on the app to focus back
Observe: couple black frames rendered
Expected: no black frame when focusing back on the app
Actual result: Black frame when focusing back on the app

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
Won't fix: rarely reproduces and barely noticeable. Looks like Android OS issue with opaque surfaceView.
