[Android][Post processing] Visual artifact occurs when using Post processing bloom with Vulkan on Android

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “BugRepro”
2. Open the “Assets/Scenes/test.unity” scene
3. Build and Run on Android
4. Observe the app’s screen

Expected result: No visual artifacts
Actual result: Post-processing artifacts occurs

Reproducible with: 2022.3.30f1, 2022.3.37f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.43f1, 2022.3.29f1, 6000.0.16f1
Fixed in: 2022.3.38f1
