[Android] Pivot offset of Canvas element is ignored in the Player
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "IN_45136" project
2. Press File → Build And Run
3. Observe the Player
Expected result: "Joystick" UI element is in the bottom centre
Actual result: "Joystick" UI element is below the bottom centre
Reproducible with: 2021.3.28f1, 2022.3.3f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.27f1, 2022.3.2f1, 2023.1.1f1, 2023.2.0a20
Testing environment: Windows 10 Pro
