[Android] [il2cpp] Performance regression in 64-bit builds due to StackTrace API
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "32Build"/"64Build" apps on Android
2. "Skip FTE" -> "Prod"
3. Continue until loaded and start Story
4. Enter and Start the first battle
5. Notice spikes when fighting or using the special attack at the bottom left corner
6. Compare the performance of "32Build" and "64Build" with the Profiler
7. Notice a significant increase in call time on 64Bit builds
Expected Result: Similar performance between 32 and 64 bit builds
Actual Result: 64-bit build ar significantly slower
Reproduced with: 2017.4.22f1

Its happening with Unity 2018.3.5f1 and Unity 2019.1.5f1 as well. Here's full details in my case:
