[Android][Particles] Particles using mesh render flicker on Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini VE with Vivante GC1000
Reproduction steps:
1) Open attached project "TestMeshParticles"
2) Build and run scene "MainScene" on an android device
--- After about 5 - 10 seconds particles will start flickering (see attached video)
