[Android OpenGLES3] lower LOD and fallback in shader do not show when on ran on an android device
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project: “shaderlodbug.zip”
2. Build and Run on an Android device
3. Press the “Low”, “Medium” and “High” buttons
4. Observe the circle
Expected results: Pressing the buttons changes the color of the circle
Actual result: The circle disappears on “Low” and “Medium”
Reproducible with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.13f1
Not Reproducible with: 2022.1.0b16, 2022.1.22f1, 2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a17
Couldn’t test with: 2022.1.0a1, 2022.1.0b15 (Gradle build errors)
