[Android][iOS] Only one WebCamTexture is rendered when calling for multiple
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/Scenes/SampleScene.unity” Scene
3. Switch to Android Platform (File > Build Settings > Android > Switch Platform)
4. Build and Run on Android device
5. Observe the Player
Expected result: View of both cameras exist
Actual result: View of a single camera is present

Resolution Note:
The APIs we're using for operating webcams on iOS and Android don't allow more than one integrated webcam at a time to be active. This is in fact a limitation of earlier multi-camera devices. This is now supported in more recent devices, but adding support for this would involve a rework that is not currently scheduled.
However, the current behaviour is admittedly surprising, we will update the documentation to make this clear.
