[Android] Memory leak when repeatedly stopping and playing WebCamTexture on specific devices
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the submitted project "cameratest.zip"
2. Build and run on Android
3. Press the "Auto" button
4. Open cmd on your computer and run adb shell dumpsys meminfo com.DefaultCompany.cameratest
5. Notice the total PSS memory usage and run the command again
Expected result: Memory usage does not increase
Actual result: Memory usage keeps increasing eventually leading to a crash
Reproducible with: 2018.4.33f1, 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.3f1, 2021.1.1f1, 2021.2.0a11
